Sloopside, Bantham

Boasting top notch views as well as top notch flexibility, this beautifully refurbished retreat for 14 sets the scene for captivating coastal stays near Bantham Beach. This gorgeous house has been designed to appeal to families and large groups; with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms in total with an inter-connecting door in the hallway to divide the house into a 2-bed self-contained duplex and a 4-bed self-contained duplex if needed, should you require added privacy and independence for teenagers, relatives and additional guests. Outside, two spacious lawns can be enjoyed to the ground level. The main house lawn offers a gate with steps down to the lower annexe garden to the back. The sea view balcony which occupies the entire width of the 1st floor is complemented by a covered alfresco dining terrace also to the same floor (and accessible from the main living room).

Bay Tree Cottage is a very pretty quintessential thatched, Devon cottage dating back to the 17th century, fabulously situated in the very centre of Thurlestone village, a short walk from the village shop and the pub, with the beach being fifteen minutes’ walk away.

Cornmill, a working Mill until the 1930s with origins in the 17th Century, was totally refurbished into what is now an utterly gorgeous house. Set on its own in a glorious, peaceful valley and surrounded by wooded hills and meadows with Tor Brook meandering along the edge of the garden, this stunning property is very spacious and beautifully furnished and decorated. 25 Court Park, Thurlestone

A wonderful beach house overlooking Thurlestone and the ocean. The balcony at the front offers a fabulous spot to take in the natural beauty of the area. Sleeping a maximum of 10people in two double rooms with king beds, a double bunk bedded room (sleeping 4), and a separate double room with double bed (by separate entrance) with ensuite shower room downstairs. This is a lovely home to enjoy the beach and coastal area of the South Hams.
